Can Arthritis Affect all Age Groups?
Can arthritis affect all age groups? In the past, it was common for people to think that arthritis can only affect people who are of a certain age group. This was attributed to the fact that people who were more than forty years of age were found to be the only ones who suffered from the disease.

With time however, this concept has changed, it has been found that people who fall under this age group can also be prone to arthritis. This has been attributed to the eating habits of these individuals and some other health factors as well.

A balanced diet will have all the necessary nutrition that is required by the body to combat the most common ailments. An unbalanced diet, however, will lack the required nutrition. This being the case, the body will not be in a sound position to fight diseases like arthritis.

Food shortage is one of the major causes for the people to get prone to arthritis and the countries belonging to the third world are at a greater risk. In these countries even children are susceptible to arthritis and many such cases have come to light time and again.

In the present context, it would not be wrong to say that individuals of all age groups can be affected by arthritis and hence it becomes very essential to have a balanced and healthy diet.
Disclaimer
We are not able to give a guarantee because of the nature of the diet. (It is very easy to cheat!) The diet is quite strict and could involve quite a change in your
eating habits. Also, there is nobody to monitor the fact that you stick to the diet…..only yourself! On that basis alone it is impossible to guarantee results.
At the end of the day, you are only cheating yourself of the chance to a "new" life if you cheat on the diet.........It is now up to you, a life of continual pain, or the chance of freedom from pain.
We feel sure that you understand this.
