I am Overweight. Will it Affect my Arthritis?
Arthritis can affect the general condition of a human in many different ways. One of the symptoms of Arthritis and Your Weight is that it affects the weight of a person. An overweight person is more susceptible to arthritis. And when an overweight person develops arthritis, life gets really hard.

Being overweight has marked effects on arthritis. This is attributed to the fact that the disease is known to affect the joints in the body. An overweight person has got excess weight and this affects their joints. In most cases, such an individual will have problems in their joints due to the excess weight they carry.

The areas that are mostly affected by excess weight are the knees. This is because of the fact that the knees are mobile and they support most of the body when a person is standing or walking. This being the case, an overweight person will end up in putting more pressure on these areas, worsening the effects of arthritis.

The consequences may be the acute arthritis condition, marked by extreme pain, swelling and inflammation around the repressed joints.

It is recommended that people who are overweight should try and reduce their weight, once they are diagnosed to have arthritis. Otherwise, the condition may deteriorate to a very uncomfortable and unmanageable level.
Disclaimer
We are not able to give a guarantee because of the nature of the diet. (It is very easy to cheat!) The diet is quite strict and could involve quite a change in your
eating habits. Also, there is nobody to monitor the fact that you stick to the diet…..only yourself! On that basis alone it is impossible to guarantee results.
At the end of the day, you are only cheating yourself of the chance to a "new" life if you cheat on the diet.........It is now up to you, a life of continual pain, or the chance of freedom from pain.
We feel sure that you understand this.
